Conducted a comprehensive Customer Service Excellence Program for Store Supervisors and Managers of the entire Robinsons retail group (ie. Dorothy Perkins, Warehouse, Top Shop, Top Man, Handyman, True Value, Robinsons Appliance, Department Store, Supermarket). A project which was widely supported across business units due to the noticeable changes in behavior and mindset of the participants.

Awarded as the Top Sales Manager for Ayala Land’s two main projects Serendra and The Columns at Legazpi Village for 3 consecutive quarters 2007 to 2008.

Proposed and facilitated a total of four training & development projects which significantly enhanced Belle Corporation’s (Sales & Marketing arm of Tagaytay Highlands) capability in strengthening sales performance for the year 2004.

Conducted a six months extensive training program for the entire sales/marketing department of Filinvest Alabang Inc. and Filinvest Land which resulted to significant increase of 15% to 20% sales volume for the period of 2002. Topics covered by the training program included salesmanship, sales management and behavioral topics.

 Designed, implemented and evaluated various technical and behavioral training modules and workshop for the entire Marketing Department of Megaworld Corp. Trained over 100 rank and file employees and officers on product knowledge and basic salesmanship in preparation for the company-wide referral scheme program.

Initiated and facilitated a sales competency development program that reinforced Megaworld’s sales targets crucial during the height of the Asian financial crisis of 1997. The program included basic to advanced salesmanship, team building, and skills coaching for over 200 property consultants. The said programs enhanced the sales and marketing department’s capability to continuously respond to the industry’s competitive environment and maintain market standing.

Insurance Industry

  • Training Consultant of Sony Life Insurance Philippines (2001-2007)

Trained newly hired Lifeplanners in all aspects of insurance fundamentals and  needs based sales/marketing, yielding an 80% “sales hit ratio” on their first three months of selling, hence significantly increasing confidence level of newly trained Lifeplanners. Created motivational modules that strengthened the Agency’s belief system on the profession and mission of life insurance selling. 

Developed and maximized the use of “on-cam roleplay” and “joint-work-for- training” to evaluate and determine the progress of trainees on every stage of the sales process. Introduced one-on-one coaching to polish both selling skills and product knowledge of the Lifeplanners and Agency Directors. Reinforced the “continuous learning program” by initiating and conducting Supplementary Training Modules.  Conducted Basic Management Program for Agency Directors covering topics such as agency management, leadership, people motivation, recruitment and selection. 

Banking Industry

Facilitated various training programs for Bank of the Philippine Island’s branch and service heads. Topics conducted are the following: salesmanship, customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

Co-developed, implemented, and coordinated a company wide, multi-phased, managerial and technical training program for over a 200 PNB officers and employees. The programs enabled the newly trained sales teams to achieve a weekly average capture rate (new accounts generation) of 89%, equipped call center and customer service personnel/officers in efficiently responding to an average of  8000 customer inquiries a week and significantly reduced customer complaints by more than 75%.

Government

  • Resource person for various Local Government Unit Training Conventions (2005-2009)

Managed/handled the LGU convention from conceptualization to project evaluation. Facilitated leadership training modules which were attended by various local officials (city mayors, vice-mayors, councilors, board members).

Managed the three batches of Management Development Program specially designed for NFA managers and division heads. Conducted behavioral and motivational modules which significantly armed the participants in overcoming the challenges and resolving difficulties in managing the agency.
